Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of press materials and briefing notes that help clients communicate clearly
- Track and summarise media coverage to measure message reach and impact
- Research companies, industries, and current issues to inform client strategies
- Help organise media lists, editorial calendars, and communication schedules
- Assist in media engagement activities, including press outreach and event support
- Contribute research and presentation materials for business development proposals
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep projects running smoothly
Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate with a strong interest in communications
- Comfortable writing clearly and expressing ideas confidently
- Curious, organised, and willing to learn new topics quickly
- Able to work well in a team and manage tasks independently
- Comfortable juggling multiple assignments at once
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
